Lagos has grown over the years to become a hotspot for crude talents across all spheres, including popular culture in West Africa. The ever-bustling city has birthed some of the biggest names out of the region in entertainment, but also houses a good number of untapped, yet-to-be-discovered talents, and this is why platforms like The Fellowship exist – to showcase these rising acts and their resplendent abilities to as many as possible.
The Fellowship is a community of music enthusiasts in Lagos that gather to celebrate quality music from independent artists and is two editions deep. Its third one is set to happen on the 20th of April, 2024, but guarantees even more than the last two did.
A special phenomenon about the coming third edition is The Fellowship’s collaboration with Corefans, a fan-funding platform redefining the relationship between passionate fans and exceptionally talented but under-served artists.
This edition accurately tagged “Higher Vibrations” will have uber-talented musicians Wapo, Nyola, Amaeyaa, Ajuka, Jamz FR, Tega Ethan, Merry-Lyn, Savy Henry, Kemena, Brum3h, Kore, Sounds of Ace, Yemoja and Damian Nedu showcasing the beauty of music artistry and making the tag a reality for the audience present.
It’s set to happen at Wintar Studios, Lagos Nigeria from 3pm to 10pm. Use this link to register: https://tix.africa/fellowship
Corefans
Corefans is a revolutionary platform designed to synergise the music experience and fan engagement, by redefining the relationship between artists and their supporters. The goal of Corefans is to democratize the music industry by empowering underrepresented artists, offering them a platform to showcase their talent, connect with fans, and monetize their art through direct support.
“Fund Your Greatness”
Independent talents are often undeniably talented with huge potential for greatness, but the only obvious setback for them is funding – where Corefans comes in. Corefans is set to help you fund your greatness; one core fan at a time.
