Rhythm & Blues Cambridge is hosting a powerful two-day Black History Month celebration on February 21–22, 2026, at Langs Community Health Centre in Waterloo Region.
This community-centered weekend will uplift Black youth, honour cultural legacy, and bring generations together through dialogue, creativity, food, and performance.
Day 1: Healing the Future – Youth Leadership Summit (Feb 21 | 11AM–4PM) focuses on youth mental health, confidence-building, leadership, and creativity for Black youth (12+).
Day 2: Building Forward, Together – Black History Celebration (Feb 22 | 11AM–4PM) celebrates Black brilliance across generations through storytelling, culture, and shared experiences.
The weekend also marks the official launch of the Black Youth Crisis Support System, a long-term initiative aimed at strengthening mental health resources and empowerment pathways for Black youth in Waterloo Region.
